Home office confirms that Overseas health workers will get free UK visa extension.
The Home Office also confirms that frontline health workers from abroad will be provided a free one-year UK visa extension.
This rule is applicable to entitled workers whose visas are about to expire before 1 October 2021 and their dependants.
The list of professions includes doctors, nurses, paramedics and midwives, with 14,000 migrants predicted to benefit from this free visa extension scheme.
