Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Open Microsoft Word 2016 and click on the "File" tab.
2. Select "New" to create a new document.
3. Search for "Certificate" in the template search bar and choose a template that suits your needs.
4. Customize the template by replacing the placeholder text with your own information, such as:
Certificate title (e.g., "Certificate of Completion")
Recipient's name
Course name
Date
5. Change the background color to blue:
Click on the "Page Layout" tab
Click on the "Themes" button
Select "Colors"
Choose a blue color (e.g., Sky Blue or Royal Blue)
6. Change the text color to light gold:
Select all the text (Ctrl+A)
Right-click on the selected text and choose "Font"
Select a light gold color (e.g., #F8E231 or #F2C464)
7. Add a golden border around the text:
Select all the text (Ctrl+A)
Right-click on the selected text and choose "Format Text"
Click on the "Border" tab
