Recently I switched from having a 14" Flowmaster Super 40 to removing the muffler completely, I enjoyed the lower tones of the FM40 however at the higher RPM range it seemed a lot of the tone that makes the Hemi sound so awesome got washed out and it was just loud noise. Now, paired with the JBA Headers I couldn't be happier, it sounds great cruising in town and hammering on the throttle is very rewarding to say the least. Idle is about the same as it was with the muffler, though it barks a little more on startup, once it settles down it's right where it used to be. Up to 3k RPM it's notably louder but by only a couple decibels above what I had previously, but once you get into the peak red line range its quite a bit louder, and much more "throaty".
I'll be getting a couple driving/cruising vids up soon so you can also get an idea of what resonance in the cab is like, which for me is on par with the FM when cruising on the highway, and city is slightly louder.
