For this project, we reverse engineered a complex threaded part using ‪@QUICKSURFACE‬ software, turning detailed and complex 3D scan data into a precise CAD model.

Watch as we demonstrate how to:
✔️ Use Mesh Sketch to define the outer profile
✔️ Extract primitives such as the cylinder
✔️ Unroll the mesh to simplify the complex thread geometry
✔️ Create a 3D sketch and Roll Back to previous steps when needed
✔️ Use Loft and Expand functions
✔️ Trim away excessive surfaces
✔️ Compare with the mesh and Export your CAD
