Creating a scrolling horizontal text in DaVinci Resolve

Creating a scrolling horizontal text in DaVinci Resolve can be achieved using the Fusion page. Here are the steps:

Open Fusion:

Open your project in DaVinci Resolve and go to the Edit page.
Drag a Text+ node from the Effects Library onto your timeline.
With the Text+ clip selected, switch to the Fusion page.
Create the Text:

In the Fusion page, select the Text+ node.
In the Inspector panel, enter the desired text.
Animate the Text Position:

Add a Transform node to control the position of the text. Do this by selecting the Text+ node and pressing Shift+Space, then type "Transform" and click Add.
In the Inspector panel for the Transform node, set keyframes for the Center parameter. Set the initial position off-screen to the right (e.g., X=1.5).
Move the playhead to the end of the clip and set another keyframe for the Center parameter with the text off-screen to the left (e.g., X=-0.5).
Adjust Timing:

Adjust the duration of the clip in the Edit page to control the speed of the scroll.
Loop the Text (Optional):

For a continuous looping effect, you can use expressions in the Transform node's Center parameter. Click the Keyframe diamond to the right of the Center parameter and select Modify With AnimCurves.
In the Modifiers tab, set the Source to PingPong or Loop.
By following these steps, you can create smooth scrolling horizontal text in DaVinci Resolve.
