How To Get A Refund From Apple For A Bad App
If you bought an App that isn't what you paid for, you have rights. Despite what iTunes says it is not the developer who needs to refund you, it's them.
We built the App Refund app but it's not live yet (and may not be approved by Apple to ever go live).
The app bypasses the steps (as shown in this video) that Apple helpfully builds into the process on its website and creates a blank email to this address:
[email protected]
Apple of course says "Do not reply to this address" but we found that when we filled out the form, this was the email address Apple used to get in touch and to confirm the refund. So give it a try!
