Mastercam2018: Working with Stock Model Operations
This video will cover what stock model toolpath operations are and how they can be created.
In the first example you will learn how to use a stock model to generate rest machining toolpaths. You will also learn how to use the stock model to check the toolpaths in verify.
The second example demonstrates how to export a stock model as an .stl file and then merge it back into a different machine group in the same file. This example can be very useful when programming a part that has both turning and milling toolpaths.
