What are the CNC Programming Problems? What precautions should be taken for Electric faults?
Electric faults-- If I take any machine for example, not just CNC Machine, so when can an Electric fault happen.
Firstly, if there is a Power Surge. Secondly, the maintenance of the equipment such as server stabilisers is not taken care of. I was surprised to see one, not many but some people not taking earthing seriously. Earthing, if not done seriously, can develop electrical problems.
There are certain daily maintenance which are in the Electrical Manual as well, which the customer needs to take care, because (ultimately) it's his machine. If he'll maintain his machine he can use it for obtaining better profits, I would say.
