What are the BEST TALENTS in WoW Dragonflight?
Here are the rules I set for this (its a fun hypothetical with whatever rules you want though!):
- Passive Talents only
- Nothing that interacts with class specific kit (though stuff defined within the same Talent I allowed and I also let stuff like Gift of the Golden Val'kyr slide)
- Evaluated only as the 1 point option, even for 2-pt talents
- Best stuff in a vacuum, like if you could 'steal' one talent from another class/spec for your own build
What do you think? What did I miss? What would your spec benefit most from?
