A Magic Mushroom Trip Report - Presented by Sierra
This video is of me, Sierra, taken before and after my most recent psychedelic trip. I journeyed with 1.5g of psilocybin mushrooms. The strain used was called “Mad Men” which was the most potent strain I’ve ever encountered. This journey was utterly unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced before.
Throughout the video you will hear me referencing “TRE” and “tremors”. TRE stands for “Trauma Release Exercises” which voluntarily induces tremors in a safe and effective way. I was introduced to this practice by a practitioner in Portland, OR named Kristen Miracle. My first session with Kristen was approximately 1.5 months prior to this journey.
