The title says it all. Ironically, most doctors will say that there's one specific thing that clearly did not cause the injury/death (jabby_jabby)... but then they'll admit in the very next breath that they don't know what did actually cause it. Is that where 'science' is in 2023? We used to call that propaganda masquerading as truth/fact.
