PCSX2 0xc000007b Unable to start Fix
NOTE: This has proven rather successful for a majority of people. However it's not always guaranteed to work. If it doesn't then it's something on your end that I have no idea about. Just keep researching and go to the PCSX2 forums as well as 7/8 & 10 forums I have linked you.
This is the fix for the nasty "Unable to start" error for PCSX2 and hopefully any other program or game out there.
The following files should be installed if you do not have them or the 2013 version isn't fixing your issues.
