How To: Root Asus Fonepad 7 : Root Asus Tablet

Please download the software from the link above, then just copy it and paste the downloaded software to your external SD card of your Asus Tablet.
THen switch off your Asus Tablet and press the volume up button then the power button and you will feel a vibration and the Asus screen coming. At this point let go off the switches.
Next when it says" USB Cable not connected" press the volume down button and then the volume up button once and you will find the CWM screen appearing. The touch won't work here and you need to navigate using the volume up and down button and execute using the power button.
So navigate down to SD Card option and just hit the power button. Then sit back and relax till the process goes on on its own and restarts your tablet on its own after completion of the process.
Thats it your tablet is rooted. Check with Root Checker App and Enjoy.
