I'm trying to convince a colleague to use plain files and git. Atom solves the "how to edit plain files" problem, and now beta-atom contains git, so it solves the git part. But the interface to git seems to be designed for people who already know what e.g. "staging" means, so I made a video.
I think the volume is too low, and also I forgot the terminology (my fingers just type 'git add', 'git commit' and 'git push' without thinking of words like "stage").
Perhaps this, my first youtube submission, will be useful to someone.
