Although there's a big time difference between the U.S. and China, they were prompt at responding to my emails. The quality of hair is great and minimal to no shedding when I ran my fingers through the hair. Shipping only took 3 days. (BTW, this company offers FREE shipping) Overall, I give this company a (A).
