Budget SSD with DRAM Cache: SSD SanDisk SSD Plus 480GB Teardown Disassemble.
*DRAM cache on Sandisk Plus SSD only found on this particular SSD with its specific size.
After opening up the inside of this SSD, I found that this particular SSD actually has DRAM Cache (Micron D9SDD), unfortunately I couldn't find any info about the size.
The Controller used on this SSD is Marvell 88ss1074. We found on its website that this controller is a DRAM based SSD controller module.
