Pea Soup with Bacon
Today we will cook a rich pea soup. Children and husbands will be delighted with this sunny cozy soup. After all, most often it is men who like not only to eat such soup, but also to control the choice and amount of meat. We will not disappoint them - our soup will be the meatiest of all soups. With meat and bacon - just a fairy tale! And no potatoes.
Ingredients:
1. 400 g. peas
2. 700 g. pork
3. One onion (80 g.)
4. A clove of garlic
5. A stalk of celery (70 g.)
6. 1 carrot (50 g.)
7. 150 g. bacon
8. 2 bay leaves
9. 150 ml. olive oil
10. 1 tbsp. sugar
11. 1 tsp. peppercorns
12. Salt and pepper to taste
13. 2 liters of water
14. Dill and parsley
