This one is really easy, so I wasn't sure if you'd want it uploading. What do you think?
It's what we use to start lessons off and includes some very basic classroom Japanese and also a intro into the "te" form of verbs in Japanese.
立って = tatte = stand up
座って = suwatte = sit down
礼 = rei = bow
拍手 = hakushu = clap
手を上げて = te wo agete = hands up
手を下ろして = te wo oroshite = hands down
