Every summer, Cap d'Agde attracts more than a million tourists. Behind the postcard image lies an explosive reality: brawls, violent robberies, domestic violence, unbridled debauchery, gratuitous assaults, and heavy-handed interventions.
This immersive documentary follows the municipal police during the height of the summer season. In the naturist village, the scene of nocturnal frolics and domestic tensions, officers sometimes intervene on shaky ground. A few streets away, the party turns into a nightmare: parking lot fights, assaults with bats, young robbers on the lookout for drunken revelers. On the beaches, illegal street vendors defy authority, disregarding hygiene. Even scooters become unwitting weapons, speeding between families.
Faced with rampant insecurity, law enforcement must demonstrate composure, tact... and sometimes firmness. This film unfilteredly reveals the hidden side of a seaside resort unlike any other, between hedonism, excesses, and danger.
