ICA agent is not running | Unable to read Card Data | No smartcard plugins loaded
Here is the steps to solve the issue ICA agent is not running.
1. Install the service EIDA Toolkit
2. Check the service is running
3. Press click login and use the system
ICA agent is not running. Please install ICA agent and try again. To install ICA agent click OK.
