"Reapocalypse" - you could probably deduce what this name signifies. It contains influences from rock, electronic, classical, and jazz music. This song is quite dissonant in nature, so it represents what is portrayed in the video fairly well. However, there is also a big spectrum of emotions displayed, at least that is what I feel. From horror to hope - it is all there. The story is completely up to your interpretation. As always, I hope you enjoy this creation.

Random fact: I finished making the song months ago, even prior to my first release (which was on August 29th). For the next few months, I will be releasing all the old stuff I wanted to release back then.

Insight -

The whole song is a weird, though interesting, mix of rock/electronic/experimental music.

It really goes crazy with the chromaticism and dissonance (mostly in the piano note clutters), which emphasize the jazzy and experimental feel, and its darkness because of that. The break section (after the 2nd chorus) shows more of the experimental features of this work.

The chorus delves into a complete different vibe by introducing a high flute melody, commencing with a key modulation. The second part (only present in 2nd and last choruses) has a lot of classical music harmony influence. To me, this section signifies a moment of the destruction occurring, but also something oddly hopeful. Other interpretations are, as always, as valid as mine.

I am not quite sure what made me go with electronic distorted guitars as the song's main feature. I must admit, however, the result is surprisingly great. The classical and chromatic harmony just go hand in hand with rock. The synth main melody and the experimental vibe are really just icing on the cake, which add a lot to the quality and distinction subconsciously, in my opinion.
