How to Uninstall and Delete Apps on Android

To uninstall an Android app:
1. Open your settings. Scroll down and tap Applications.
2. Open Application Manager.
3. Scroll through the list to find the app you want to remove. When you find the app, tap it.
4. Select Uninstall.
5. To confirm, tap OK.
If you select an app that came built in to your device, you might not have the option to uninstall. Instead, you’ll see a “Disable” button. To remove a built-in app, tap Disable. Tap Disable in the window that appears to confirm, then tap OK.
