I know that almost everyone who speaks a foreign language will experience some degree of anxiety. Speaking a foreign language is very vulnerable in many ways and it's hard to muster the confidence to do. Hopefully with this video, you will develop more positive mindset and be more confident to speak your Target Language with other people.
