How To Save & Export Adobe After Effects As MP4
To save and export your Adobe After Effects project as an MP4 file, first ensure your composition is ready. Then, go to Composition in the top menu and select Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue. This will open Adobe Media Encoder.
In Adobe Media Encoder, locate your composition in the queue. Click on the Format dropdown and select H.264 for MP4 format. Choose a preset based on your desired quality or use Match Source - High Bitrate for a good balance.
Next, specify the output location by clicking on the file name next to the Output dropdown. Finally, click the green play button (Start Queue) at the top right to begin the export process. Once completed, your MP4 file will be saved to the specified location.
