How to install Paint Tool SAI

This is a short tutorial of the kind "How to install..." this time the program that I'm gonna install is Paint Tool SAI, I wanna use it to make some drawings, I make drawings on paper I wanna start (and learn first) making drawings also on this program x)
First of all I need a tablet because with the mouse it's a mess lol
Hope this will help, the program is in English language and I don't know if it can be changed, sorry ^^"
Other thing, I made this tutorial about how to install Paint Tool SAI but I'm not gonna make any other tutorial about this program till I'll buy the tablet and I'll learn how to use in a good way the program.
