We started our trek in mid October from yuksum , it was total 7 days trek through paradise , total 6 halts , tshoka , dzongri , thanshing , lumney , Kockchurang and back to tshoka. We were fortunate to have good weather with us that helped us witness all the beautiful peaks at every view point.
We started our journey from Sealdah station on 14th oct at 10.05 PM by Darjeeling mail the train was late by 1 hour . when we reach there a big problem was waiting for us ...
after all that we reached Yuksum .
then we started our trek on the next morning . the trekking trail was very hard but we reach sachen which was the mid point of our first day trek to have our lunch then we start our trek again and at 8.30pm we reached tshoka it was raining cats n dog and the darkness there is unimaginable then we wake up next morning n saw the magic of the nature and forget all tiredness . then after having breakfast we started our trek to dzongri . We saw the route is magnificent cause of its beauty but it became harder then before . The stiffness become more inclined and the oxygen level gone down . there was an awesome part where we had to cross a jungle of Rhododendron trees though there was no flower but the trees are mesmerizing . after last 2km of hard climbing like trekking we reached Pehedong the mid point of Dzongri , we had our lunch there and then started walking again after 4km or so we reached Deorila top 4000 mtr after that the route become less hard . After some time we reached a place with awesome landscape and there were bolders perfect for your selfies from there we had to walk 30min or so to reach dzongri with awesome weather and awesome scene . That night we waited for the morning to have the first view of Mt Kanchenjunga . The next morning we headed for the amazing view of dzongri top and when the sun started coming out the view of that point became mesmerizing we clicked some pictures there then came down to dzongri to start our trek for the day and we started walking through ups and downs while enjoying the view of the mother nature and we reached Kockchurang , a valley . From there we continue our trek , we were going up through a beautiful jungle with the pekchu river on our left . then after more climbing we ultimately reached Thanshing . Then we started our journey from the next day which was 5km trek through the valley of beautiful nature and small streams . After some time we been hit by 50km wind the guide vaiya told us we reached the territory of lamuney at 3.50pm . we stayed there for that night to start the final journey for the goeche-la pass. We started at 2.30AM it was pitch dark but we keep walking up the the valley and through the shore of samiti without knowing where we are heading. Around 5.15 AM sum came up and the golden Kanchenjunga started glowing in front of iur eyes , Suddenly we realised that we are standing on Mt . Pandim one of the virgin peak of the world . then we head back to lamuney and we saw the magical water of samiti lake . we had tea and pop corn and the head back to lamuney . that same day we started our journey for Kockchurang . The journey continues with a smile on our face for what we achieved ... STAY TUNED ...
THE JOURNEY WAS MAGICAL AND THE MEMORY WAS THE BEST MEMORY THAT MY MIND EVER RECORDED .
