If you forget your WordPress website user name, password or
email address - you can easily retrive all of your login details from
database user section. In this video, I recovered pass, but you can
update username and email address as well. Recovering wordpress

find phpmyadmin section and then wp_user section. Don't forget
to choose MD5 format, when you are creating new password.
