The first Russian laser shaft alignment system, the Kvant-LM, has been in production since 2005. To date, more than 1,000 systems have been delivered to enterprises in the Russian Federation and the CIS. The KVANT-LM (LM-Ex) allows for shaft alignment of horizontal and vertical machines, as well as shaft line alignment of up to 32 mechanisms. The shaft alignment system is available in two versions: industrial, with IP 54 dust protection, and explosion-proof (Ex). The device is available in several configurations.

▪ The KVANT-LM system features an adaptive user interface that, based on the measurement results, guides the user step-by-step through the alignment process, eliminating operator error. The system displays the required adjustment of the misaligned machine in real time. ▪ BALTECH-Expert software allows you to save alignment reports for vertical and horizontal machines.
▪ The minimum angle for truncated-angle alignment is 31°.
▪ The maximum distance between measuring units is 5 meters.
