With a factory weight limit of 220lbs the CRF450L is not sprung for us larger folks. At 6'3" and 235lbs I'm too heavy for it so today we work on upgrading the suspension with new fork and shock springs. We'll show you how we do it if you've never done the suspension your self before. We take the fork springs apart and figure out how to get the rear shock assembly out and the spring changed. If you enjoy the video please be sure to subscribe!
