[ FAQ ] HOW TO DEAL WITH STUCK SOLID RED LIGHT [ PC530 & PC540 ]
DETAILED STEPS:
1. Send the photo of UUID number to our after-sales mailbox : [email protected] （Please be patient and wait for the reply from our staffs, Thanks! )
2. Our staffs will send you 3 files after they judge the batch number of the camera( You can go to our facebbok club @Victure VIP Club where you can get the files a.s.a.p.）
3. Copy these files to the root directory of SD card.
3. Insert the SD card into the camera.
4. Press and hold the RESET button while powering on the camera
5. Release the RESET buttom after powering on the camera
6. Wait for the solid red light to become flashing( 5 mintues)
6. Reconnect the camera according to the instructions.
