Use ADB & fastboot in
1. Install Termux and Termux:API apps from F-Droid
2. Install wget: pkg install wget
3. Run termux-adb installation script
Now you can use non-rooted Android to unlock bootloader on another Android and even root it. Besides that, you can also run ADB commands to interact with another device.
