1- grep /etc/sysctl.conf -e =
2- .grep /etc/security/limits.d/oracle-rdbms-server-12cR1-preinstall.conf -e "oracle hard"
3-grep /etc/security/limits.d/oracle-rdbms-server-12cR1-preinstall.conf -e "oracle Soft"
