SUPER SIMPLE GUIDE TO FRAME RATES‼️🎥‼️

Different frame rates have different effects and it can be confusing when you’re starting out! I know I had a hard time figuring it out in the beginning too! SO HERE’s a guide!

1. 24 FPS - For things you don’t need slowmotion for, like dialogues.
2. 30 FPS - seems to be the best frame rate (and required minimum) for social media. This is what most tv shows are shot at.
3. 60 FPS & 120 FPS - are for slowmotion. As a general rule, I shoot 60fps when im indoors and it’s darker, and 120fps when I’m outside and it’s a lot brighter.
