POSITIONING in BADMINTON: Where and how to position on court
Especially beginners often get told, that they have to try to get back to the center after every shot. Even though it is important to get quickly out of the corner after hitting the shuttle, reaching the middle should not always be the goal and many times it is also not possible. In this video I want to replace the myth of “always getting into a central position” by two other rules, that are more helpful in my eyes!
