Matthew Dean works at Bitty and Beau’s Coffee, which employs people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Owners Amy and Ben Wright were inspired to start a coffee shop for their children who were born with Down syndrome. With over 400 employees nationwide, they’re on a mission to create equal opportunities for disabled individuals.
