this works with any item if you go in a singleplayer world, and then go to a server
What you need:
1. Placards and any block
2. Schematicannon and a schematic
3. Gunpowder
Place the placard, put an item inside it
Save the placard to a schematic (preferably in creative singleplayer)
Make your schematic cannon and schematic in the server you're gonna do it on
Fuel it with gunpower, put a chest next to it with a placard and block
Load the schematic on a schematic table, position it in the world
Put it in the schematic cannon, click ready and boom
