Irving, TX - FS EOWS 612 - Kinwest Pkwy
Here is one of the 10 remaining EOWS 612s in Irving. This particular siren is located on Kinwest Pkwy. right across from Las Colinas Elementary School. Formerly located on the median across from it, this 612 was relocated to the side of the street and had a new concrete base poured for the pole. This siren sounds 3 minutes of the alert (steady) signal and has a dual tone MCP controller with soft-start. The remaining 612s will be replaced 3 per year with new 508s. I re-uploaded this to replace the previous video which didn't have the correct title slide.
