From Scratch: DIY Front Suspension & Gearbox Using Creality Laser
Ciao ragazzi pronti per tornare a scuola guida ?!?!😂 Io ho sempre sognato di costruire un differenziale a ingranaggi, per osservare come funziona anzitutto e adesso con un incisore laser (Creality Falcon 2) tante idee possono diventare realtà, e un modello in miniatura di un cambio automobilistico potrebbe essere un mio futuro progetto, per questo progetto in plywood ho impiegato 10 giorni di disegni per il modello 3D da me disegnato.
La parte più difficile del progetto? I giunti cardanici a destra e sinistra, bisogna costruire il giunto e lasciarlo libero, in modo che il centro di rotazione delle ruote venga trovato dal giunto stesso, altrimenti si forza il giunto a lavorare in una posizione di tensione/compressione e semplicemente non ruota!
Spesa sostenuta? 10 euro (10 dollari), il costo dei 10 cuscinetti su Amazon !!
(Hi guys ready to go back to driving school?!?! I have always dreamed of building a gearbox differential / front suspension, to observe how a differential works and now with a laser engraver (Creality Falcon 2) many ideas can become reality (creative project), and a miniature model of an automotive gearbox could be a future project, for this plywood project took me 10 days of drawings for the 3D model I designed.
The hardest part of the project? The universal joints on the right and left, you have to build the joint in order and leave it free, so that the center of rotation of the wheels is found by the joint itself, otherwise you force the joint to work in a tension/compression position and simply not wheel!
Expense incurred? 10 euros (10 dollars), the cost of 10 small bearings on Amazon!!)
