Customer Service, Technology and Fighting for Your Rights
In this video I'm sharing about experiences and thoughts to do with 1) customer service, 2) technology in the modern day society and 3) fighting for your rights.
We don't always have good customer service experiences in this world, and one of the reasons can be that sometimes technological inventions, like robots, have been given the task of doing a job that a human being should've been entrusted with. No matter what, if you are not treated the right way or given what you know you deserve, like from a company you are dealing with, you should fight for your rights and not give up until you've been given what you are entitled to have in the situation. I recommend everyone to speak up for themselves and fight for their rights.
