Welcome to the fourth Kate Emerald Shell Challenge! Can you turn this 20x15 build into YOUR unique creation?
First place: One key for a Sims 4 expansion pack for PC of your choice
Second place: One key for a Sims 4 game pack for PC of your choice
Third place: One key for a Sims 4 stuff pack for PC of your choice
In addition: Three random submissions will receive a Sims 4 kit of their choice for PC.

Don'ts 👎
🔴Don't touch anything I have built: Walls, platforms, foundations, floors I've built. Only exception: You may replace or remove the base game stairs I have addesd to connect the platform to the level above.
🔴Don't place the shell on a lot bigger than 20x15 (20x15 is the requirement)
🔴No CC
🔴 Don't change the wall height or platform height

🟢Walls, foundations, platforms, roofs, spandrels, fences, half walls etc. (Anything you can think of) can be added anywhere (Exterior, interior)
🟢You may replace my walls with fences, spandrels and half walls. So don't delete my walls but feel free to replace them
🟢 You may rotate the shell or move the shell while placing it (For example to have more space in the front)
🟢 All packs can be used; base game only or limited packs is of course allowed as well
🟢 All cheats are allowed
🟢T.O.O.L. is allowed
🟢Terrain tools & paint can be used
🟢You're allowed to build basements and pools
🟢The shell has to be placed on a 20x15 lot (Any world)
🟢Any lot type is allowed (Residential, wedding venue, restaurant...)
Upload your build to the gallery by May 1st 2022 with the hashtag #KateEmeraldsSmallShell
The winners and some other shells will be showcased in a video a couple of weeks after the deadline has ended. I can't include every single shell in the video so I will have to make a selection. I will of course appreciate and notice every single submission. Thank you to all of you!
