What is the Ibuki?

I think it's similar to if someone puts two plates of food in front of you with 2 of your favourite meals and told you, you can only choose one to eat....you're torn right? Similar to the old vs new Ibuki. But lucky for us, Japan has already made that decision for us (chosen our plate) and they have told us we will love this one better!
