TikTok creator suing Montana says the app is her 'livelihood'
Five TikTok content creators are suing the state of Montana after the state’s governor Greg Gianforte signed a bill into law that would ban the app.
The law says TikTok can’t "operate" in Montana and that mobile app stores would have to stop offering the app for download in the state.
