Ingredients:
Flour - 500 grams;
Milk - 300 ml .;
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
Sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
Salt - 1 tsp;
Fresh yeast - 20 grams;
Sesame - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Cooking:
I pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the combine, pour sugar, salt, pour warmed milk to room temperature, milk can be replaced with whey or warm water. I pour in part of the sifted flour, rub the yeast into the crumbs with my hands and pour in the rest of the flour. I put kneading the dough in the combine.
I put the kneaded dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
After an hour, I divide the dough into portions, form balls from them and transfer it onto a baking sheet covered with parchment. I cover the blanks with a napkin and put for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
After 20 minutes, I make cuts from the center on enlarged workpieces, grease with milk, egg, sprinkle with sesame.
I set to bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes (it all depends on the technical capabilities of the oven).
I put the finished buns on a dish and serve them at the table.
Buns can be served with butter and jam, jam, or as sandwiches with sausage.
