LEGO Tank Transmission
A simplified model of a tank transmission built in LEGO. It uses separate input for propulsion and steering. The diffs gear each side diffrently when you applying power trough steering. With a strong motor this transmission is capable of doing a neutral turn.
It has a 6 speed transmission, but lack a reverse gear due to lack of parts. There is volume inside the transmission to incorporate a reverse gear at a later stage. The inspiration for the 6 speed part comes from a video on youtube by sanoreste63.
The intention is to build something similar in metal for my 1:6 scale Strv 103 metal RC tank. Videos of that built can be found in my channel.
