Congratulations, Rawuh Pamiarso. In today's video, Mamabrins makes SAMIJAYA MALIOBORO LUMPIA! Since we can't go out of town, we made our own simple version. It tastes delicious and is pretty close to the original.
SAMIJAYA MALIOBORO LUMPIA | Various Traditional Indonesian Snacks

Filling Ingredients:
1 Carrot (thinly sliced)
1 Jicama (thinly sliced)
250 grams Bean Sprouts
250 grams Shredded Steamed Chicken
1 teaspoon Minced Shallot
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Seasoning Stock
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 stalks Spring Onions
Broiled Quail Eggs:
25 Boiled Quail Eggs
100 ml Water
1/2 teaspoon Minced Shallot
1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Stock
1/4 teaspoon Ground Coriander
1-2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce
1 bay leaf
1 segment of crushed galangal
Additional Ingredients:
25-50 Lumpia Wrappers (purchased at traditional markets)
Dough Gluten (flour and water mixture)
Cooking Oil
