Compaq Presario 1600 Running Windows 98
Here's a Compaq Presario 1600-XL145 from around 1999 or so. This was an eBay purchase I made back in 2021. And for the first two years I owned it, I had the HARDEST time getting this laptop working properly. At least, in regards of the drivers needed to have the display & audio working.
But last year (2022), I was FINALLY able to track down the drivers needed for this laptop to work. And low & behold, it now works properly. Only took me about 2 years to get this laptop working, but here we are lol.
