From your Google Profile or Google Page, select Hangouts on the left
1. Choose Start Hangout On Air
2. Fill out the Hangout Title and Description
Include a start and end time
3. If you want to make your hangout available to the everyone, select Public from the Audience selector
4. Hit Share to create your Scheduled Hangout on Air Event
From the Event Page you can:
Select a theme
Add a trailer
Activate the Showcase and Q&A apps
Add event pictures
Start engaging with your invited guests using comments
