How to RECOVER a LOST or DAMAGED project in ANY Adobe Program
This method works for most Adobe programs that have an autosave feature BUT some programs and versions have options that just simply save your existing project to the same project file every XX minutes. You can change this setting in your preferences. Programs that it makes an entire new project file are mainly ones like AE, PP, PR, and other video based programs.
