Create an alpha channel using a luma matte in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
When you have a separate luma or alpha matte video with your original video you can use the Track Matte Key in Premiere Pro and the Track Matte property in After Effects to apply the matte to the original footage. In this tutorial, I show you how.
