Notes
The farm has to be built down at bedrock, as the wither cage uses bedrock to stop the side head skulls.
A spawning skirt can be added (up to 20 blocks) to increase the rates to 160/hr (I consider that outside of 8x8x8)
Rates were tested for 500 hours, farm is ~0.4mspt
